Rio de Janeiro, BrazilAt Prime IT I worked as a Marketing Cloud Architect allocated to a large retail client in United Kingdom.
The platform we used was SFMC, to send transactional messages, in different circumstances.
Our biggest project involved redesigning all the company's transactional emails that were very outdated, out of responsiveness and with a design that no longer represented the company's identity. It was a big challenge because as the client is very large, and works in several departments, the number of emails to be developed was very large.
Once ready, the job was to replace the new emails in the respective triggers (eg. Purchase Received, Product Dispatched, etc).
I participated directly in the development of the HTMLs and part of the personalization AMPscripts.
Main responsibilities:
• Redesign of all transactional email templates for a big retailer client in UK.
• Architecting solutions related to personalization inside messages and customer journeys.
• Supporting client marketing team with fresh approaches like QR code implementation and dynamic content.
